A late Henrique goal rescued a point for Brisbane Roar as they drew 1-1 with A-League leaders Perth Glory this morning, sealing Frans Thijssen's first point as Brisbane's caretaker coach.
Brisbane equalised when Corey Brown delicately found Henrique, who rounded the defender and shot under the keeper to equalise for the Roar.
Glory had lead the game since the 19th minute when a corner sent into the middle of the penalty box found Dino Djulbic, who hit an impressive volley that found the back of the net before the Roar defence had a chance to react.
The draw keeps Glory at the summit, now just a single point ahead of Melbourne Victory.
