Former England goalkeeper David James is currently training with League Two Exeter City after departing Bristol City this summer.
The 41-year-old has made over 750 appearances during an illustrious career, however, he is searching for a new club following his release at the end of last season.
Exeter boss Paul Tisdale told the BBC: "David contacted us last week and asked if he could come and train and we were more than happy to help. It can only help and it can only add some interest to the squad and the goalkeepers when they're training."
James made 53 appearances for his country.
