Championship side Burnley have handed Erhun Oztumer a trial with the club after his goalscoring exploits this season for non-league Dulwich Hamlet.
Attacking midfielder Oztumer, 22, has scored over 30 goals for the Ryman League Premier Division side this year and has been training with Burnley's Under-21s since the start of the week.
Dulwich boss Gavin Rose told the South London Press: "For a boy at our level to be training with a Championship side speaks volumes about his ability.
"He has had a lot of interest this season, and whatever happens we will wish him all the best – but we will try and have an agreement by which if anyone does choose to sign him, he will remain with us until the end of the season and help our promotion challenge.
"Depending on how this week goes, Burnley may speak with us about having him back again to do some more training."
Burnley are currently on course to achieve promotion to the Premier League and could move 10 points clear in the automatic promotion places if they beat Birmingham City tonight.
