Cardiff City midfielder Aron Gunnarsson has reportedly emerged as a transfer target for Besiktas.
Gunnarsson has spent the past six-and-a-half years with the Welsh club, but has previously indicated that he wants to find a new challenge.
According to Fotomac, that could come with Besiktas, who hold an interest in signing the Iceland international in the coming months.
The 28-year-old has just half a year remaining on his deal with the Bluebirds, and Besiktas are able to hold discussions over a pre-contract agreement from January 1.
The Turkish giants allegedly see Gunnarsson as a possible replacement for Oguzhan Ozyakup, who has been linked with a move to a high-profile European club in the summer.
Gunnarsson has scored 23 goals in 250 appearances for Cardiff in all competitions.
