Cardiff City have agreed a deal to sign Brentford goalkeeper Simon Moore.
The Premier League club are reported to have been tracking the 23-year-old for the past year.
"It'll be paperwork first thing Monday morning, that's the only thing holding that one up," Cardiff boss Malky Mackay told the Hounslow Chronicle.
"He's one that I think is a real prospect. For the future of the club, I've got three really good goalkeepers now; Simon comes in and I think he can kick on again."
Cardiff mark their Premier League debut with a trip to West Ham United on August 17.
