Kim Bo-Kyung has left Cardiff City with immediate effect after having his contract cancelled by mutual consent.
The South Korean midfielder made 64 appearances for the Bluebirds, including 28 in the Premier League last season.
However, the 25-year-old has only played twice since the appointment of Russell Slade as manager and the pair have now agreed that his future lies elsewhere.
Kim, who was named as the South-East Asian Player of the Year at the 2013 Asian Football Awards held at Wembley Stadium, joined Cardiff from Japanese side Cerezo Osaka in 2012.
