Cardiff City are reportedly prepared to sell Andreas Cornelius back to Copenhagen, just six months after they signed the striker from the Danish club.
The Bluebirds are believed to have paid £8.5m to bring the 20-year-old to the Cardiff City Stadium during the summer.
However, having failed to score in any of his 11 outings, Cornelius has been deemed surplus to requirements by Cardiff, who would be willing to accept a bid in the region of £3.5m for the centre-forward, according to Wales Online.
Both Middlesbrough and CSKA Moscow have been linked with a move for Cornelius, but the report added that a return to Copenhagen was the most likely outcome.
