Cardiff City manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has suggested that Gary Medel could leave the club this summer.
The Chilean international midfielder joined the Bluebirds from Sevilla in August 2013 for a club-record £11m.
However, it is understood that the 26-year-old is ready to trigger a release clause in his contract following Cardiff's relegation from the Premier League.
"Gary is a top, top player who deserves to be playing at a higher level than the Championship and he has proven that," Solskjaer is quoted as saying by Sky Sports News.
"Nothing has come up yet, no offers have been received for Gary."
Medel was recently named in Chile's provisional squad for this summer's World Cup in Brazil.
