Carlisle United manager Graham Kavanagh has said that new signing Nacho Novo can have a positive impact at the club.
The former Rangers striker has joined the League One club on a short-term contract after being released by Morton in December.
Kavanagh hopes that the 34-year-old's experience will make him a good addition to the squad.
"He gives us a know-how and composure that I'm hoping will rub off on other players," Football365.com quotes Kavanagh as saying.
"I hope it is one that will excite the fans. He's had a very good career and it's another option for us."
Novo scored 71 goals during a six-year spell with Rangers.
