AFC Wimbldon's Adebayo Azeez scored a last-minute equaliser to complete a remarkable comeback which earned them a 4-4 draw with Carlisle United this afternoon.
The Dons led twice in the League Two clash thanks to an early goal from Sean Rigg in the fourth minute and Matt Tubbs' first of a double in the opening half.
Carlisle's Kyle Dempsey equalised with a header less than 10 minutes after Rigg's opener before scoring his second of the game on the stroke of half-time.
Josh Gillies ran down the left and finished delicately over James Shea, while Dempsey provided Brad Potts with Carlisle's fourth as they moved into a 4-2 lead with 20 minutes of play remaining.
The Dons were given a glimmer of hope when Gary Dicker was deemed to have denied Tubbs a goal-scoring opportunity, and League Two's Player of the Month for August stepped up for his second of the game and seventh of the season.
Wimbledon then completed their late comeback thanks to a dramatic Azeez goal in the 93rd minute.
