Pascal Chimbonda has extended his stay with Carlisle United until the end of the season.
The 34-year-old former Tottenham Hotspur and Wigan Athletic defender signed a three-month deal with the League One club back in October.
"I'm very happy to have everything sorted," Chimbonda told the team's official website.
"Things have been good between me and Carlisle United and I wanted to show the manager I was loyal to the club, and committed to helping him, by staying until the end of the season."
Chimbonda has made 13 appearances in all competitions for Carlisle so far this season.
