Craig Gordon was full of praise for the Celtic goal scorers after their victory over St Johnstone earlier today.
Leigh Griffiths scored straight from the kickoff, and Stefan Johansen added a second after the break in the 2-1 victory over seventh-placed St Johnstone.
"It was a difficult game and this is always a hard place to come to," Gordon told CelticFC.net. "It was a bobbly pitch and they put absolutely everything into the game.
"It's always a test away from home and they gave a good account of themselves and nearly nicked something near the end. It's always difficult when you play a second game after a midweek game, so it was just as well that we got an early goal. That's two games in a row [that we have scored early goals] and you don't often see that.
"It put us in good position early in the game and we had to dig deep and defend. Virgil [van Dijk] made a few good headers at the end and we managed to keep them out and get the three points."
