Celtic manager Neil Lennon has said that he is "flattered" by speculation linking him with a move to Norwich City.
Incumbent Norwich boss Chris Hughton has come under increasing pressure as the Canaries continue to battle against relegation this season, leading to reports emerging that Lennon was high on the wishlist of potential successors.
However, Lennon insists that the rumours are speculation and passed on his best wishes to Hughton after he guided Norwich to a 1-0 win over Hull City this afternoon.
"It's just speculation - but I think they won today so I'm delighted for Chris. I think he'll be safe for another while," Lennon told reporters after watching his side beat Motherwell 3-0 today.
"He's doing a good job there and keeping them out of the bottom three. I cannot help the speculation, I'm flattered, but he's a good man and a good manager in that job so good luck to him."
Celtic are currently 13 points clear at the top of the Scottish Premiership having not lost a game yet this season.
