Celtic manager Neil Lennon has praised the impact of new signing Derk Boerrigter following Saturday's 2-1 victory over Ross County in the Scottish Premiership.
The Dutch winger showed plenty of attacking intent at Parkhead before coming off late in the first half with an ankle knock.
However, it was Anthony Stokes who got both of the goals for the Scottish champions as they came from behind to win in their opening match.
"I hope everyone saw what Boerrigter can bring to the team," Lennon told BBC Sport.
"He gave us that real impact on the left side and even when we were attacking down the right he was getting in there and creating chances."
Celtic return to action on Wednesday when they take a 1-0 first-leg lead to Swedish side Elfsborg in the third qualifying round of the Champions League.
