Kris Commons has said that he has "no aspirations" over a move away from Celtic during the summer transfer window.
The striker, who was named the PFA Scotland Player of the Year at the weekend, has been linked with a move to Leicester City at the end of the current season.
The 30-year-old told the Evening Times: "I've not got any aspirations about leaving. I am not thinking about what's down the road, or what's elsewhere for me.
"I'm very comfortable here. I am happy, and my family is happy. I am hoping over the summer something will get arranged before I do enter the last 12 months of my contract.
"But I don't think it is my place to go in there begging for a contract. If they want to keep me, they have my number."
Commons joined Celtic from Derby County in 2011.
