Fiorentina will move for Celtic forward Moussa Dembele during the January transfer window, according to a report.

Fiorentina are reportedly interested in signing Celtic forward Moussa Dembele during the January transfer window.

The 21-year-old scored 32 times in 49 appearances for the Hoops during the 2016-17 season, and has managed eight goals in 14 matches for the Scottish giants this term.

Manchester United and Chelsea were both believed to be interested in the Frenchman, but according to La Nazione, Fiorentina are also making moves with a view to signing the striker when the winter window opens for business.

Dembele, who has also previously been linked with Barcelona, joined Celtic from Championship club Fulham in the summer of 2016.

Celtic are in a strong position when it comes to negotiation, however, with Dembele contracted to the Scottish side until 2020.
