Cesena have parted company with coach Domenico Di Carlo following the club's relegation from Serie A.
The 51-year-old arrived at the Stadio Dino Manuzzi in December, replacing Pierpaolo Bisoli.
However, Cesena finished the campaign 13 points adrift of safety in 19th place in the table.
Di Carlo's last match in charge saw the team thrashed 5-0 by Torino.
