Real Madrid have retained their place at the top of their Champions League group, enjoying a 3-0 victory over Ajax at the Bernabeu.

Cristiano Ronaldo opened the scoring after 25 minutes, making his first goal in this year's competition with the help of Karim Benzema. Ronaldo went on to provide the pass to allow Kaka to double the lead in the 41st minute.
