Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has slammed referee Damir Skomina after his side were held to a 0-0 draw by Dynamo Kiev in the Champions League on Tuesday.
The Blues saw appeals for a penalty turned down when Cesc Fabregas went down under a challenge in the box before Chelsea twice hit the woodwork through Eden Hazard and Willian.
Mourinho insisted that he was impressed with his side's performance, but criticised the referee and the goalline official for failing to award his side a spot kick.
"The referee was weak and naive with the penalty," he told BT Sport. "I cannot understand what the referee behind the goal does because he does not make a clear decision either. I think that it is a crucial moment in the game.'
"I see progress. We hit the post twice, had a good solid defensive performance against dangerous team. To lose this game would have been bad for us."
The draw leaves Chelsea third in Group G, one point behind Tuesday's opponents Dynamo and three points adrift of group leaders Porto halfway through the group stage fixtures.
