Chelsea winger Willian has suggested that his side deserve their qualification to the knockout stages of the Champions League.
The Blues - who have had a slow start to the season, occupying 14th place in the Premier League table - recovered from an away defeat by Porto in September to emerge as group winners.
The Brazilian netted his side's second goal in a 2-0 victory over Jose Mourinho's former side in this evening's return fixture, and the former Shakhtar Donetsk man believes that his team played well enough to justify their status in the last 16.
"I'm very happy," Willian told BT Sport. "I have to say congratulations to the team, we played well tonight, so we deserve it."
Chelsea will discover which side they will face in the last 16 of the Champions League on Monday, December 14.
