The summer transfer window has now closed, with Chelsea among the busiest clubs and biggest spenders in world football.
After two windows without signing a single player, the Blues made up for lost time by splashing well over £200m on the likes of Kai Havertz, Timo Werner, Ben Chilwell, Edouard Mendy and Thiago Silva. Attention will now switch to the January window and whether Chelsea will invest heavily again.
Here, Sports Mole rounds up the latest news on possible comings and goings from Stamford Bridge.
Monday morning's Chelsea transfer talk news roundup:
Inter Milan 'determined to bring N'Golo Kante to San Siro'
Chelsea midfielder N'Golo Kante is reportedly still a leading transfer target for Inter Milan.
The France international was linked with a move to San Siro over the summer, but the transfer deadline passed with the World Cup winner still at Stamford Bridge.
Kante has been a key player for Frank Lampard's side this season, already making 12 appearances in all competitions, but there remains speculation surrounding his long-term future.
According to Canal+, Inter view the 29-year-old as a key transfer target and are expected to make another attempt to sign him during next summer's transfer window.
Kante, who has started and finished seven of Chelsea's eight Premier League matches this season, has a contract in the English capital until the summer of 2023.
Real Madrid are also believed to be long-term admirers of the Frenchman.
Inter Milan 'planning January move for Junior Firpo'
Inter Milan are reportedly preparing a January move for Barcelona defender Junior Firpo.
The 24-year-old joined Barca from Real Betis in 2019 and has made 25 appearances for the Catalan giants in all competitions, but he has featured on just two occasions this term.
Both of Firpo's outings this season have come in the Champions League, and he has not played a single minute of La Liga football since Ronald Koeman's arrival as head coach.
A recent report claimed that Barca were prepared to offload the defender during the January transfer window in order to raise funds for future business.
According to Calciomercato, Inter are keen to sign a new left-back during the winter window and have identified Firpo as a target.
Antonio Conte's side, who have only won one of their last seven games in all competitions, also allegedly view Chelsea pair Emerson Palmieri and Marcos Alonso as options in that area of the field.
