Chelsea midfielder Mason Mount will have to pass a late fitness test to face Al-Hilal in the Club World Cup semi-finals on Wednesday night.
Mount was forced off during the closing stages of Saturday's extra-time win over Plymouth Argyle in the FA Cup, making him a significant doubt for the last-four clash in Abu Dhabi.
While the England international has featured in training, assistant coach Zsolt Low has acknowledged that his participation is far from guaranteed.
Speaking to reporters at a press conference, Low said: "We'll see how he moves and feels today, take the last decision tomorrow. We had a hard cup game with 120 minutes and a long trip here.
"We have to use the first two days to recover and slowly today we are prepared for a good session and game. The four-hour time difference, players couldn't sleep very well, they need this time to play the game. We have the same possibility as Al Hilal tomorrow."
Low was standing in for head coach Thomas Tuchel, who has remained in London after testing positive for coronavirus on Saturday.
