Interim Chelsea manager Guus Hiddink has praised Oscar following his hat-trick in the FA Cup victory over MK Dons this evening.
Oscar struck three times in the first half to put the Blues in control against their Championship hosts, and further goals from Eden Hazard and Bertrand Traore sealed their comfortable progress into the last 16.
The Brazilian could have had a fourth from the penalty spot too, but instead allowed Hazard to take the spot kick for what was his first goal of the season.
"[Oscar] is playing with a smile on his face and I like very much when they know their obligations, what to do," Hiddink told BBC Sport.
"And defensively they know their job and they do it. If they can play by nature, they can play and it's good to see.
"Of course we have the hierarchy of penalties, Oscar is the first one to take. But he gave it to Eden because everyone knows he hasn't scored for a long time due to injuries and not having scored."
Chelsea's reward for their victory will be a fifth-round clash with Manchester City at Stamford Bridge next month.
