The third edition of the FIFA 22 Team of the Week has been released by EA Sports, with players across the globe rewarded for standout performances in their respective leagues with coveted in-form cards.

Here, Sports Mole looks at which Premier League players have found their way into TOTW 3 for Ultimate Team.

Son Heung-min - 90

With Tottenham Hotspur in dire need of a victory to ease the pressure on Nuno Espirito Santo's shoulders, Son Heung-min stepped up to deliver the goods against Aston Villa and help his side to a priceless three points.

The South Korea international provided the assist for Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg to net the opener during a man-of-the-match performance in front of the home crowd, completing 86% of his passes, winning five ground duels and boasting three successful dribbles.

With his normal 89 rated card handed a +1 to an eye-catching 90, Son represents the highest-rated player in TOTW 3, with stats of 89 pace, 88 shooting and 87 dribbling making him an attractive - yet expensive - card to own.

Phil Foden - 86

Phil Foden may not have made all the headlines during Manchester City's clash with Liverpool - Mohamed Salah, who has already had one in-form this year, took the accolade for goal of the day - but he claims a place in the TOTW while his Egyptian counterpart misses out.

The 21-year-old finished expertly to level the scores at Anfield and demonstrated his quality on the left-hand side throughout the contest, which has seen him earn what he hopes will be one of many special cards in FIFA 22.

Having been handed a position change from CAM to LW for his in-form, Foden's 86 pace may not be all that enticing for those considering wide options, but 89 dribbling certainly makes him a very usable TOTW player.

Cesar Azpilicueta - 85

Cesar Azpilicueta - a favourite Blue of some of the Stamford Bridge faithful - put in a true captain's performance against Southampton at the weekend to see his side come away with all three points in emphatic fashion.

The Spaniard laid the ball on a plate for Timo Werner to score and was highly unfortunate not to make the ripple with his own close-range effort which crashed against the woodwork, but he succeeded with all three of his dribble attempts, made two tackles and won six ground duels in an all-action display.

Another player to have been handed a position change this week, the versatile Azpilicueta - a CB on his normal card - has been moved to RWB for this TOTW, but boasting just 70 pace would not make his in-form a highly sought-after card for FUT players.
