Chelsea team news: Injury, suspension list vs. West Ham United

Sports Mole rounds up all of Chelsea's latest injury and suspension news ahead of their Premier League clash with West Ham United on Saturday afternoon.
Sports Mole

Chelsea are back in Premier League action on Saturday afternoon as they square off against London rivals West Ham United.

The Blues have endured a mixed start to the campaign with Tuesday's defeat at Southampton keeping the club on seven points from five matches.

However, after a busy day of incomings and outcomings on Thursday, Thomas Tuchel's side are motivated to try to get back on track against their city neighbours.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up Chelsea's latest injury and suspension news ahead of their fixture with the Hammers.

N'Golo Kante

Status: Out
Type of injury: Hamstring
Possible return date: Unknown

Last month, N'Golo Kante was withdrawn during the closing stages against Tottenham Hotspur due to a hamstring injury. While Tuchel has not given a specific time frame for his return, the Frenchman is expected to be absent until after the September international break.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang

Status: Out
Type of injury: Jaw
Possible return date: Unknown

Last weekend, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang's family were the victims of a robbery at their Barcelona home, with the forward suffering a broken jaw. Although the injury is only expected to keep him out for three weeks, it appears unlikely that the Gabon international will make his debut before the September international break.

CHELSEA'S SUSPENSION LIST

With Conor Gallagher having served his one-match ban for his dismissal against Leicester City, Chelsea have no player suspended for this contest.
