Follow Sports Mole's live coverage of Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho's pre-match press conference ahead of his side's match against West Bromwich Albion.

Jose Mourinho has confirmed that Chelsea will still be pushing for maximum points from their final two matches of the Premier League season.

The Blues have already sealed the title ahead of Monday's trip to West Bromwich Albion.

He also revealed that Diego Costa could make his return from a hamstring injury at the Hawthorns.

Read what else the manager discussed below.

Good afternoon! Jose Mourinho will be speaking to the media in around 15 minutes ahead of his side's trip to West Bromwich Albion on Monday.
Having already clinched the title at the start of the month, Mourinho's side maintained their unbeaten home record last weekend with a 1-1 draw with Liverpool. After this match, there's just one fixture remaining for Chelsea, as they host Sunderland on the final day of the campaign.
With the title already sealed, Chelsea's attention has already turned to next season, with confirmation that Nathan will be coming in over the summer. There's been plenty of transfer speculation relating to Chelsea in recent weeks, with talk that Petr Cech could be heading to Arsenal, with QPR's Rob Green replacing him, while Gareth Bale could also be on the wishlist for the champions. It will be interesting to hear what Mourinho has to say about such rumours.
Chelsea's captain John Terry scored the goal in last week's draw, so the club have been reliving some of the defender's goals:

Don't forget, we'll bring you live coverage of this match, as well as every other Premier League fixture taking place this weekend, from an hour prior to kickoff, while also bringing you all the team news, post-match reaction and analysis and player ratings, so make sure you join us on Monday evening to see if Chelsea can continue their unbeaten run.
Right then, the manager has just arrived for his press conference, so let's see what Mourinho has to say this week.
Mourinho insists that Chelsea will not be taking it easy in their final two matches: "It is the nature of the game that Chelsea wants maximum points from the last two games. West Brom are under no pressure to get points, but they will want to win their last home game."
Mourinho is asked about Cech's future at the club, and he says: "I don't know if it's true what the agent is saying, maybe it is, but Chelsea has an important say in the decision. I keep saying the same, I want my best players. Petr is one of my best, I would like him to say. I have to say yes, I am optimistic that he can be here next year."
On whether it will be a busy summer for the Chelsea manager, Mourinho says: "I expect to be busy walking from my towel on the beach to the water! A little busy. I like my squad very much, young squad, but space to improve. Last year I was keen to sell some players. This year, the base is to keep the squad."
Mourinho admits that he would hire West Brom boss Tony Pulis: "It's simple - if I own an English club, I sign Tony Pulis. He's a guarantee to deliver what a club wants. Tony is mathematic, what the club wants, he gives. His record is amazing. He does what some people don't understand. I do."
Sticking with Pulis, he adds: "For me it's the most important thing in football, the relationship what the manager wants. Philosophy is a beautiful thing, but football is more than that. I give an example, West Brom at Man United [which West Brom won 1-0 earlier this month]."
Mourinho confirms that Oscar, Ramires and Kurt Zouma will all miss the final two matches. On Diego Costa's fitness though, he reveals: "I think [Costa] is selected for this game, but I cannot confirm now."
Mourinho finishes by confirming that Andre Schurrle and Mark Schwarzer, who both left the club mid-season, have been invited the the team's Player of the Year event, as have Mohamed Salah and Lewis Baker, who have been out on loan.
Well, that's all from Mourinho for now, so join us again on Monday evening to see if the champions can continue their recent run. Until then, thanks for joining me this afternoon. Goodbye.
