The agent of Michael Essien has insisted that his client is happy to remain at Chelsea beyond the summer.
The midfielder was restricted to just 19 appearances last season and as a result had been linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge in order to find more regular action.
However, his representative has revealed that the Ghana international has no intention of switching clubs.
"Michael is at Chelsea, there is no problem at all," the agent told France Football.
Essien joined the Blues in 2005 from French club.
