Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has claimed that it is not the right time to compare Eden Hazard with the likes of Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, despite being impressed with his winger.
On Friday, Hazard was awarded the Premier League Player of the Month award for October after a series of impressive displays for the Blues, but Conte does not think that it would be beneficial to rate Hazard alongside the Barcelona and Real Madrid attackers.
The 47-year-old told reporters: "He is playing fantastic football. He's working very well during training and has great commitment to the team. In this moment he's a great player and working a lot for the team.
"He has all the potential in his career and is putting himself in the team. It's not right at this moment to compare him to others (Messi and Ronaldo)."
Hazard has scored seven goals in 14 appearances for Chelsea this season.
