Chelsea play host to Leeds United in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon looking to avoid equalling a streak which was last recorded 26 years ago.
The Blues have enjoyed a hugely-successful 11 months since Thomas Tuchel's arrival, the highlight being their Champions League success in May.
However, Chelsea have been far from perfect in Premier League matches at Stamford Bridge, winning just nine times in 17 attempts.
Three defeats have been posted during that period with West Bromwich Albion, Arsenal and Manchester City all posting victories, the latter also prevailing in last season's corresponding fixture at the start of the year.
Should Chelsea succumb to defeat against Leeds this week, it will represent the first time in 26 years that they have lost five home league matches during a calendar year.
Even if the West Londoners win or draw versus the Lilywhites, they still face meetings with Everton and Brighton & Hove Albion before the end of 2021.
