Chelsea head coach Antonio Conte has backed Manchester City to continue to improve in the coming years.
City have dominated this season's Premier League, with Pep Guardiola's side establishing a 16-point advantage at the top of the standings with 10 matches remaining.
Conte has spoken highly of City ahead of Sunday's top-flight encounter between the two sides, but the Italian has suggested that the North-West outfit could perform better during the next campaign.
At a press conference, the 48-year-old told reporters: "For sure, because they have the possibility to spend money and improve the quality of the starting XI and the quality of the squad.
"In this league – not only for this league, but for the other teams – they have to pay attention to Manchester City. They are a fantastic reality. When there is confidence and money to spend, one plus one is two. Not three, four or five."
Chelsea head into the weekend sitting two points adrift of fourth-placed Tottenham Hotspur.
