Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has claimed that Alvaro Morata will be a "big loss" for Saturday's Premier League clash against Everton at Goodison Park.
The striker will serve a suspension after he picked up his fifth booking of the season during Wednesday night's dramatic 2-1 win over Bournemouth in the EFL Cup quarter-finals.
Morata was punished for overexuberant celebrations following his injury-time winner, which was scored 14 seconds after Bournemouth equalised.
Conte will now be without his hitman, who has scored 11 goals in 23 appearances in all competitions this season.
"He is a big loss for us, especially because we have to play a tough game against Everton," the Daily Mail quotes the manager as saying. "It is a pity, but we have to accept it."
Chelsea will take on Arsenal in the EFL Cup semi-finals.
