Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has revealed that he will accept both his FA misconduct charge and fine after being sent to the stands against Swansea City.
The Italian coach received his marching orders during the Blues' 2-1 win over the Swans during the week and has since stated that he wants to accept the consequences of the dismissal and does not plan to contest the charge.
The incident saw Conte aggressively challenge the awarding of a goal kick to Swansea in an exchange for which the coach later apologised to officials.
"I think it's right to accept and to pay the fine. I want to respect this decision and also to pay this fine," Conte told reporters ahead of Chelsea's weekend clash against Newcastle United.
The Blues currently hold third spot in the league standings after 14 games played.
