Chelsea legend Frank Lampard has congratulated the club for clinching the Premier League title on Sunday.
The Blues edged out Crystal Palace 1-0 at Stamford Bridge yesterday to win England's top flight for a fifth time - and third under Jose Mourinho.
Lampard, who spent 13 years in West London before leaving last summer, has paid his tributes to Mourinho's side, who lost just twice all season and sit 13 points clear of Manchester City in second.
The 36-year-old wrote on Instagram: "A massive congratulations to all my old teammates and friends at @chelseafc for winning the Premier League.
"A huge achievement and well deserved by everyone at the club. Also to all those fantastic fans that I had the pleasure to play for for 13 years. I know how much it means to you all!
"Enjoy the celebrations in West London tonight!"
With 211 goals, Lampard, a midfielder, is the club's all-time record goalscorer.
