Chelsea playmaker Eden Hazard has completed a clean sweep of awards by being named as the Premier League Player of the Season for 2014-15.
The Belgium international scored 14 goals and recorded a further eight assists in 37 top-flight games this campaign to help the Blues on their way to the league title in a convincing manner.
Having already been crowned PFA Player of the Year by his fellow professionals, and the Footballer of the Year by the Football Writers' Association, the 24-year-old has now secured a personal treble.
Hazard is expected to miss his side's final game of the season against Sunderland on Sunday after undergoing emergency dental surgery.
Elsewhere, Blues boss Jose Mourinho picked up the Premier League Manager of the Season award.
