Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic has insisted that his team have a chance to make history by beating Corinthians in Sunday's World Club Cup final.
The Blues eased past Monterrey in Thursday's semi-final to set up a clash with the South American champions in Japan.
Ivanovic believes that the match will represent a unique opportunity for this current crop of Chelsea players.
He told reporters at the pre-match press conference: "This is an important moment for this Chelsea generation. This is a great chance to make history.
"We know this is huge in South America and for us it's the same.
"There aren't many chances to be club world champions. We will be focused and ready for this game."
Heavy rain in Yokohama has disrupted both sides' pre-match preparations ahead of tomorrow's showpiece clash.
