Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic has claimed that manager Jose Mourinho is a perfectionist.
The Blues have enjoyed an unbeaten start to the season under the returning Portuguese, with two wins and one draw from their opening three matches in the Premier League.
"It's a pleasure and amazing to work with him but in another way it is very difficult because he is looking for small details, and he is perfect in looking for details in the game," Ivanovic told the club's official website. "He's a perfectionist and you have to be ready for that.
"He always asks you for one step, one run more, to give something extra for the team, and it's a pleasure."
Chelsea are back in action on Friday when they travel to Prague to face Bayern Munich in the UEFA Super Cup.
