Juan Mata has played down recent comparisons to Chelsea legend Gianfranco Zola.
The 23-year-old has one goal and four assists to his name in six league appearances for the club following his £23.5m arrival this summer. However, the Spaniard insists that he has plenty still to do before he can be compared to the Italian.
"Zola is a legend – it's an honour to be compared to him, but I've got lots to do before I can get close to him," he said.
"When you have players around you of the quality we have at Chelsea, it makes things very easy for you.
"It's a different kind of football to Spain, much more physical, there's a different rhythm to it, a different pace."
The former Valencia star will look to continue his strong start to the season at QPR this afternoon (Sunday).
