Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has insisted that the club's strikers are performing a job for their team rather than showing their individual qualities.
Fernando Torres, Demba Ba and Samuel Eto'o have scored just four goals between them in the Premier League this season, and Mourinho has admitted that he expects more goals from his forwards.
The 50-year-old told reporters: "Some strikers have fantastic individual qualities and can do what their team can't. Ours are more in the team organisation.
"Our strikers do other jobs in the team dynamic, that's why I'm not critical, but I expect them to score a little more."
