Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has stated his intention not to put too much pressure on Eden Hazard.
The Belgium international has been one of the Blues' standout players this season and is the club's top scorer, but Mourinho, who watched Hazard score as his side beat Hull City 2-0 on Saturday, just wants to see committed performances from the player.
"I'm not expecting too much from him, and I don't want to put too much pressure on him to be Man of the Match every week," Mourinho told BT Sport.
"He doesn't have to be the player who opens the scoring, but I expect motivation, commitment and responsibility, and he has shown that every week.
"You all watched the talent of Hazard [today] and you are seeing a more mature player this season. He is getting Man of the Match regularly but he deserves more than that, he deserves Player of the Month, because other players are not doing what he is doing."
The win against the Tigers took the Blues to the top of the Premier League.
