Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho will reportedly be handed a £5m bonus if he guides the Blues to future Champions League glory.
Widespread reports emerged earlier this week claiming that the self-proclaimed 'Special One' will be offered a new two-year deal.
The Portuguese coach, who is currently contracted to the club until 2017, is reportedly due to be rewarded after leading Chelsea to the Premier League title following last weekend's 1-0 win over Crystal Palace at Stamford Bridge.
According to the Daily Star, Mourinho's new contract will include £250,000-a-week wages, with an added bonus should the team achieve Champions League triumph within the next four years.
The 52-year-old has won the elite trophy with Porto and Inter Milan, but he is yet to achieve it with Chelsea, who were knocked out of this season's competition at the last-16 stage by Paris Saint-Germain.
