A Saudi Arabian consortium allegedly become the latest people to register an interest in purchasing Chelsea.
On the back of Roman Abramovich putting the West Londoners up for sale, it has been claimed that up to 10 bids could be made for the Premier League giants.
According to Goal, a private Saudi Arabian consortium made it known over the weekend that they were contemplating their own offer.
The report claims that Saudi Media, who are reportedly ready to lead the proposal, are involved in funding media and sports brands on a global scale.
In what appears to be a fast-moving situation due to the lingering threat of sanctions involving Abramovich, the Russian billionaire is said to have set two conditions which need to be met in order for a sale to be finalised.
As it stands, Chelsea may also have to rethink their strategy for the summer transfer window, with several players potentially needing to be sold.
