BBC pundit Alan Shearer has said that Premier League champions Chelsea will be the "team to beat" this season.
Jose Mourinho's side won their fifth league title in 2014-15, ending the season eight points ahead of Manchester City.
"Chelsea won at a canter last season, certainly from February on, but it will be tighter," Shearer told BBC Sport.
"[Chelsea] will still be the team to beat."
The ex-England captain also predicts that the top four of Chelsea, Man City, Arsenal and Manchester United will be the same as last year, but possibly in a different order.
Chelsea play Arsenal in the Community Shield on Sunday.
