Former Chelsea forward Andriy Shevchenko has said that Alvaro Morata needs to improve his finishing if the Spaniard is to have a successful career with the Blues.
Morata joined Chelsea from Real Madrid in last summer's transfer window, and the striker impressed for the Premier League champions in the early stages of the campaign.
The 25-year-old has not scored in his last 10 games for the club, however, during a difficult run of form.
Shevchenko, who had his own problems at Chelsea, has said that 'it is very positive' that Morata is getting chances, but the Ukrainian has questioned the Spain international's conversion rate.
"I've seen a lot of him. He's had a lot of chances. I think you need to improve the finishing when you have chances. It's good when a striker has chances, it's very positive. You need this for scoring goals and helping the team to win," Shevchenko told reporters.
Morata has managed 10 goals in 22 Premier League appearances for Chelsea this season.
