Chelsea head coach Thomas Tuchel wins the Premier League Manager of the Month award for October after guiding the Blues to four successive wins.

Chelsea head coach Thomas Tuchel has been named as the Premier League Manager of the Month for October.

The Blues endured a frustrating start to November, failing to make their dominance count as they posted a 1-1 draw with Burnley.

However, Chelsea put together a perfect record during the previous month, leading to Tuchel collecting the latest award of his career.

The league leaders recorded victories over Southampton, Brentford, Norwich City and Newcastle United, scoring 14 goals and conceding just the one.

Tuchel edged out Jurgen Klopp, David Moyes and Patrick Vieira, winning the accolade for a second time after previously earning the award in March.

Chelsea are next in action when they face Leicester City at the King Power Stadium on October 20. body check tags ::
