Chelsea manager Andre Villas-Boas has denied a Football Association charge of improper conduct.
The Portuguese boss was dealt the charge following comments that he made about referee Chris Foy after his side's 1-0 loss at Queens Park Rangers last month.
Foy sent off Chelsea duo Jose Bosingwa and Didier Drogba during the opening 45 minutes at Loftus Road.
Villas-Boas will now attend a personal hearing later this month to determine the extent of his punishment.
If found guilty, the 34-year-old could face a three-match suspension.
