Diego Costa also makes his first Premier League start since January after serving a three-match ban for his stamp on Emre Can in the 1-0 League Cup semi-final victory over Liverpool.
Jose Mourinho has made four changes in total from the side that drew 1-1 with Paris Saint-Germain in midweek, with Zouma replacing Gary Cahill and Willian making way for Cuadrado.
Elsewhere, Felipe Luis slots in at left-back ahead of Cesar Azpilicueta and Oscar is fit enough to start instead of Ramires.
Meanwhile, Sean Dyche has named an unchanged side from their last outing, a 3-1 defeat at Manchester United.
