Teenager Lewis Hall and forward Armando Broja have both been handed starts for Chelsea against Newcastle United in Saturday's Premier League fixture.
Hall was one of Chelsea's best players during the 2-0 defeat to Manchester City in the EFL Cup, the left wing-back often getting into promising positions down the left.
Meanwhile, Broja made just his second start for the Blues, adding more movement to the attack in the absence of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, and the pair have again been given the nod for the important top-flight game at St James' Park.
Although Aubameyang is named on the substitutes' bench, there is no place in the squad for Raheem Sterling, who has been named in England's travelling group for the World Cup.
Instead, Graham Potter has partnered Conor Gallagher with Mason Mount in chief supporting roles behind Broja, with Jorginho returning to feature alongside Mateo Kovacic in the middle of the pitch.
Thiago Silva is only selected among the replacements, resulting in a recall for Cesar Azpilicueta, while Ruben Loftus-Cheek continues at right wing-back.
