Gabriel Slonina and Mason Burstow have both been handed opportunities in Chelsea's starting lineup against Fulham in their final Premier League Summer Series fixture.
Head coach Mauricio Pochettino has been keen to assess his largely youthful squad during their pre-season tour of the United States, one which can currently be deemed to be a success after wins over Wrexham and Brighton & Hove Albion as well as a draw with Newcastle United.
Rather than name his strongest XI to try to win the Stateside tournament, the Argentine has opted to take a look at Slonina and Burstow, each of whom are highly likely to go out on loan before the end of August.
Nineteen-year-old goalkeeper Slonina, a United States international, will start between the sticks, while young Englishman Burstow will lead the line.
Pochettino has also handed a further chance to Bashir Humphreys, who will partner Thiago Silva in the middle of the backline, while Andrey Santos lines up alongside Enzo Fernandez.
Christopher Nkunku switches to the left flank having played more centrally earlier in the tour, and Carney Chukwuemeka gets another outing in the 'number 10 role'.
Meanwhile, Fulham boss Marco Silva hands a start to 17-year-old centre-back Luc De Fougerolles in what is otherwise an experienced starting XI.
New arrivals Calvin Bassey and Raul Jimenez have been selected among the replacements but, as expected, there is no spot for Aleksandar Mitrovic.
