The agent of Elseid Hysaj has suggested that the Napoli defender could potentially discuss a switch to Chelsea in January.
Maurizio Sarri left Napoli to become the new head coach of the Blues in the summer, and the Italian allegedly wanted the full-back to follow him to Stamford Bridge.
Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis blocked the transfer before the start of the campaign, but representative Mario Guiffredi has indicated that the Albania international may not see out the season in Naples.
Guiffredi told Radio Crc: "I can't rule out resuming negotiations with Chelsea in January. We know there was contact in the summer because Sarri wanted him, and we also know that [Davide Zappacosta} is not to the liking of the coach."
A report earlier this week said that Chelsea may consider a swap deal involving Andreas Christensen.
