Carlo Ancelotti keen for Real Madrid to sign Timo Werner?

:Headline: Carlo Ancelotti keen for Real Madrid to sign Timo Werner?:
New Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti wants his club to move for Chelsea's Timo Werner this summer, according to a report.

New Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti is reportedly keen for the Spanish giants to move for Chelsea's Timo Werner during this summer's transfer window.

Werner had a mixed first season at Stamford Bridge, scoring 12 times and contributing 15 assists in 52 appearances in all competitions following a move from RB Leipzig.

The Germany international only managed six Premier League goals, though, and Chelsea are thought to be keen to bring a new centre-forward to the club in the current market.

According to Fichajes, the incoming Real Madrid manager is a huge admirer of Werner and has asked the club to pursue a move for the attacker ahead of next season.

The report claims that moving for the German was one of three requests made by Ancelotti, who also wants Lyon's Houssem Aouar, while the Italian is believed to want to keep Gareth Bale.

Werner - currently with the Germany squad at Euro 2020 - still has more than four years left to run on his contract with Thomas Tuchel's side. body check tags ::
